Morning Prayer: Rite II–Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost

We continue with streaming services only this week at Saint Bartholomew Episcopal Church in Hempstead. Morning prayer will again be led by Father Frank Hawkins.

We have added an online giving function to the Saint Bartholomew homepage and to the Facebook page. We ask that you contribute whatever amount your heart leads you to contribute. Here is a direct link to the safe PayPal contribution page: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/stbartshempstead.

Morning Prayer, Rite II–Ninth Sunday After Pentecost

As much as we would like to be back in the Saint Bartholomew sanctuary worshiping, the active cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in Waller County. We will be continuing our online-only worship services this week with morning prayer led by Father Frank Hawkins.

This week has brought with it the tragic news of Sherrif Glenn Smith’s passing, as well as the passing of Mrs. Joyce Smith. On a better note, Father Frank is back in the saddle, as you’ll see tomorrow morning. And Glynn Franklin, Sr. made it through his biopsy on Thursday okay. Please keep them all in your prayers.

To attend our little Episcopal morning prayer service tomorrow:

Peace be with you all. We’ll see you online tomorrow at 10 AM.
